Dark ruby red. Bouquet of red fruit jam with predominance of wild strawberries in addition to dark notes of leather, liquorice, cocoa and black pepper all wrapped in a menthol cloud. Balanced, elegant tannins accompanied by a good acidity.
Exceptional with rich pasta dishes, red meat, game, cured meats and aged cheeses.

This dessert wine is deep purple red with ruby hues. Bouquet of delicate red fruit and red apple. Pleasant, velvety sweet, precise balance of acidity and mild tannins. Wonderful persistence.
