2017 Il Conventino Bianco Toscana IGT$29.90
70% Trebbiano, 30% Malvasia grapes. Ages for 4 months in 1000 litre amphora.
Bright pale yellow colour. Delicate bouquet of white flowers and ripe white fruit (pear and melon). Soft and round with lovely freshness and attractive acidity.
An elegant aperitif wine. Perfect paired with salads, vegetables, pulses, chicken, fish, pizza and pasta.
2016 Cieck Ingenuus Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG$46.90
100% Erbaluce. Spontaneous fermentation utilising indigenous yeasts. Maceration on skins for approximately six days. 24 months fining in used oak barrels. An unfiltered, natural wine.
Golden colour. Warm bouquet with notes of honey and vegetal hints. Structured, full palate with a final almond note.
Perfect with Piedmont style dishes such as ‘Bagna Cauda’ but is extremely versatile with white meat, vegetarian dishes and aged cheeses.
N/V Carmina Prosecco Aromatico Loggia Conegliano Extra Dry DOC$24.90
100% Glera (Prosecco). Sparkling, pale bright lemon. Intense fruit fragrance of peach, pear, green apple and a sensation of citrus fruit that fades into floral with notes of wisteria and acacia. Balanced and smooth with fresh acidity. A “classic” Prosecco.
Perfect as an aperitif with savoury snacks. Pairs with seafood, pasta with mild meat sauces, fresh cheeses and white meat.
2016 Cieck San Giorgio Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG Brut Millesimato$52.60
100% Erbaluce. Made applying traditional Champagne making methods to Erbaluce grapes. On lees for 36 months. After a further bottle maturation of six months, it is ready to be uncorked.
Pale lemon with light-green tinges. Fine and persistent bubbles sustain a bright-white ethereal mousse. Fruity, with characteristic bread-crust aroma and rich with floral sensations. Full, harmonious, fresh, with good acidity but not sharp.
Excellent aftertaste, slightly aromatic, with the right persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif, excellent with an entire meal, especially with fish, shellfish, white meat and vegetables.

2018 Tenuta di Sticciano Chianti Maggiano DOCG$27.90
100% Sangiovese from La Fornace vineyard with westerly exposure. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 10 days in stainless steel tanks followed by 5 months in 25 hl barrels and at least 2 months ageing in the bottle. Unfiltered.
Ruby red tending to garnet with ageing. Intense bouquet of small red fruit and red flowers. Persistent and well structured. The same floral notes perceived on the nose are prevalent in the mouth, with further notes of ripe cherry.
A versatile wine. Perfect with red meat, charcuterie and pasta.
2017 Mocavero Primitivo Salento IGP$29.90
100% Primitivo. Part of the wine ages for 4-5 months in French oak barrels and part in stainless steel containers. Deep ruby red with purplish hues. Intense bouquet of jam and fruit. Medium-bodied with balanced tannins.
Exceptional paired with roasts, game and mature cheeses.
2016 Guado Al Melo Bacco in Toscana Rosso IGT$31.60
80% Sangiovese 20% Syrah grapes from vineyards in the hills of Castagneto Carducci (Bolgheri) that run along the Tuscan coastline. Made without correctives or additives, which would alter the original characteristics of the grapes. On lees for 9 months in small French oak barrels (only 10% new).
Deep purplish colour with predominant scent of black fruit, black cherry and plum, brightened up by a pleasant hint of spice. Rich and balanced tannins, with a lovely freshness.
A very versatile wine: it pairs well with cold cuts, medium or aged cheeses, pizza, pasta with spicy or tomato based sauces, roast duck, roast or grilled meats and game.
2015 Bosco Nestore Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Pan Riserva D.O.P$49.90
90% Montepulciano, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. 18 months in 225 litre barriques. Aged in the bottle for 18 months in underground tunnels.
Deep ruby red. Aromas of plum, fruit of the forest, wild cherry and spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice. Medium to full-bodied, balanced, persistent with light tannins and toasted notes.
Excellent paired with cured meats, aged cheeses, pasta and rice dishes with mushroom and truffles. Perfect with meat and game.
