This wine ages 12 months in oak barrels followed by 6 months in the bottle. It's a deep ruby red. Intense bouquet of fruits of the forest, spice (cinnamon, ginger) and a slight vegetal note, Warm, balanced tannins, lingering and harmonious making it perfect accompaniment to roasts, game, mature cheeses, and spicy dishes.
