This extremely unique limited edition brandy was created in honour of the birth of Michele Dolzan's son, Mauro who was born in 1975. This brandy is aged 40 years in large oak barrels.
Intense amber colour, with dark golden hues. Superb aromatic richness with hints of raisin, toasted hazelnut, cocoa, coffee, macaroon, and vanilla. Refined, smooth palate with an array of aromas. Delicate, harmonious, well-rounded, gentle, rich, with pronounced notes of dried fruit. Extremely long persistence, confirming the seductive sensations heralded by its fragrance.

In the small Trentino town of Mezzolombardo, the de Vardas - noblemen since 1678, were prominent vineyard owners and grappa producers. At the beginning of the 19th century Michele Dolzan started the art of distillation. The Dolzans are heirs to a long family tradition of wine-growing and winemaking experience that has been handed down from one generation to the next.
