Ruby red, very elegant nose with various balsamic, red fruit and spicy notes, which open up, more and more as the wine, stays in the glass. Fresh, well balanced with a long finish. An extremely interesting, multilayered wine. Exceptional as a “meditation wine”. Pairs perfectly with meat, roasted or grilled poultry, soups, slightly spicy dishes and ripened cheese.
