100% Grechetto. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18° C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is left in contact with the lees until bottling.
Bright pale lemon. Intense citrusy and slightly fruity nose (pear, pineapple and crunchy apples) with a touch of spice and fine nut flavours. Well-balanced and rounded, On the palate it is robust with a long finish and characteristic pleasant bitterish aftertaste. A slightly more ‘orange’ style wine. Exceptional with fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.

- About The Producer
The Di Filippo winery is situated in Cannara (Perugia) with 30 hectares of vineyards, overlooking Assisi, resting on sun-drenched hills between Torgiano and Montefalco, in the heart of Umbria.
Di Filippo believe that high-quality grapes can only be produced by working with care and by showing respect for the principles and rhythms of nature. The grapes are cultivated strictly following certified organic and biodynamic methods, without the use of fungicides, herbicides or other chemical compounds. These natural methods help the land to give of its best, resulting in lower production yields per hectare and exceptional, characteristic wines.
