    100% Sangiovese from La Fornace vineyard with westerly exposure. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 10 days in stainless steel tanks followed by 5 months in 25 hl barrels and at least 2 months ageing in the bottle. Unfiltered.

    Ruby red tending to garnet with ageing. Intense bouquet of small red fruit and red flowers. Persistent and well structured. The same floral notes perceived on the nose are prevalent in the mouth, with further notes of ripe cherry.

    A versatile wine. Perfect with red meat, charcuterie and pasta.

    45% Tuscan white Malvasia, 20% Tuscan Trebbiano, 20% San Colombano, 15% White Canaiolo. Only the healthiest grapes are selected and are dried for about 90 days. In the last three months, they are pressed to extract their sweet juice, which ferments and matures for three years in small oak and chestnut barrels ranging from 100 to 200 litres. 6 months ageing in the bottle.
    Beautiful amber colour with notes of tropical and candied fruit, ripe apricot, walnut, almond, honey and a touch of cinnamon.

    A perfect after dinner drink served with cantuccini biscuits.

    80% Sangiovese 20% Syrah grapes from vineyards in the hills of Castagneto Carducci (Bolgheri) that run along the Tuscan coastline. Made without correctives or additives, which would alter the original characteristics of the grapes. On lees for 9 months in small French oak barrels (only 10% new).
    Deep purplish colour with predominant scent of black fruit, black cherry and plum, brightened up by a pleasant hint of spice. Rich and balanced tannins, with a lovely freshness.
    A very versatile wine: it pairs well with cold cuts, medium or aged cheeses, pizza, pasta with spicy or tomato based sauces, roast duck, roast or grilled meats and game.

    Named after the “Jassarte” River, which according to the ancient historian Herodotus was the physical border between Europe and Asia.

    This wine is a blend of 30 different Mediterranean and Caucasian grapes such as Syrah, Tempranillo, Graciano, Grenache, Mouvedre, Agiogitiko, Babic, Sagrantino, Montepulciano, Alicante, Sapervai, Alexandruli grapes from selected vineyard parcels in the hills of Castagneto Carducci in Bolgheri that run along the Tuscan coastline. Made without correctives or additives that would alter the original characteristics of the grapes. Refined on lees for 24 months in small French oak barrels (only 10% new) and at least 12 months in the bottle.

    Ruby red, very elegant nose with various balsamic, red fruit and spicy notes, which open up, more and more as the wine, stays in the glass. Fresh, well balanced with a long finish. An extremely interesting, multilayered wine. Exceptional as a “meditation wine”. Pairs perfectly with meat, roasted or grilled poultry, soups, slightly spicy dishes and ripened cheese. Medium-long ageing potential.

    100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes from the vineyards situated on 350 metre slopes with mineral-rich soils of marl and limestone with sand and clay facing Castiglione del Bosco just south-west of Montalcino, Tuscany.

    12 months ageing in Slavonian oak followed by two years in French oak in addition to almost ten months in the bottle.

    Intense ruby red-garnet colour. Bouquet of dark ripe berry fruit combined with spicy notes, which dominate varying from vanilla to cinnamon and tobacco. Warm, round and full palate, well-structured with long persistence.

    Excellent with very structured dishes, such as red meat, game, combined with mushroom and truffle, mature cheeses.
