    100% Malvasia Puntinata from 60/70-year-old vineyards located in North Velletri (south of Rome) with tufaceous and clayey soils. The must is cryomacerated for 24 hours followed by alcoholic fermentation and maturation in cement tanks. Unfiltered and unclarified.

    Light golden colour. Floral bouquet with aromas of white peach, ripe apple and pear. Fresh, soft, round, delicate palate, fleshy, dense and fragrant, with a final subtle hazelnut finish and long persistence.

    Blend of Malvasia Puntinata, Grechetto, Trebbiano Giallo, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling grapes harvested when they are overripe and musty from plots in Velletri/Lariano (south of Rome). Soils are volcanic, clayey, siliceous and tufaceous. The must is cryomacerated for 12 hours followed by alcoholic fermentation and ageing in cement tanks for 24-36 months and a minimum of 18 months in the bottle. Unfiltered and unclarified.

    Gold appearance with bouquet of tropical fruit such as pineapple, rockmelon and a subtle final sweet note of honey and herbs. Elegant, rounded, balanced, with a lovely tension and sapidity.

    A versatile wine. It can be paired with pasta, rice, fish, poultry, fresh cheeses and vegetables.

    Ruby red tending to garnet with ageing. Intense bouquet of small red fruit and red flowers. Persistent and well structured. The same floral notes perceived on the nose are prevalent in the mouth, with further notes of ripe cherry.
