A blend of Montepulciano, Syrah, and Cesanese grapes. Hand harvest, long fermentation of the grapes, soft pressing, and maturation in barriques and tonneaux.
Deep bright ruby red. Intense nose with sensations of ripe red fruit, cherries in alcohol, red flowers, enclosed in a very pleasant balsamic note. Very smooth palate, pleasantly tannic, well balanced, and elegant and very long persistence.
Perfect with pasta with ragout, risotto with sausage, beef, lamb and pork, prosciutto, and medium-aged cheeses.

A blend of only the best bunches of Montepulciano, Syrah and Cesanese grapes. Aged for more than one year in barriques and several months in the bottle before its release.
Dark ruby red. Very intense and complex nose with sensations of ripe red and black fruit such as cherries in alcohol, plum, wild berries, as well as spicy notes of cardamom, nutmeg and black pepper, followed by blue flowers and underbrush, and a very final pleasant balsamic note. Smooth palate, pleasantly tannic, well balanced, elegant and long persistence.
Perfect with Pappardelle pasta with meat sauce, barbecued meats, stews, medium – aged cheeses, or with traditional Roman dishes such as Bucatini all’Amatriciana and Coda alla Vaccinara.

100% Nero Buono. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in barriques, then 3/4 months in the bottle.
Deep bright ruby red. Very intense nose of black ripe fruit, cherries in alcohol, mediterranean wood, cocoa powder, cloves, iron, graphite, framed in a balsamic sensation. Very smooth and elegant palate, with ripe tannins, well balanced, wonderful aromatic progression, mouth filling and very long persistence.
Exceptional paired with pasta in meat sauce, Bucatini all’Amatriciana and Coda alla Vaccinara, stews, roast lamb and medium aged cheeses.

Natural – biodynamic
100% Cesanese grapes harvested when they are overripe from vineyards located in south Velletri and north Aprilia (south of Rome). The must is cryomacerated for 12 hours. Fermentation and ageing for 24 months on skins in cement tanks and 12 months in the bottle. Unfiltered and unclarified.
Deep ruby red with purple and garnet hues. Aromas of plum, cocoa, dark chocolate as well as balsamic notes. On the palate, prevalence of forest fruits in particular, redcurrant, blackberry and gooseberry with a hint of wild strawberry. Balanced acidity and long persistence. Unexpected, subtle, pleasant final sweet note of apricot jam.
Perfect with pasta with ragout, meat and aged cheeses.

100% Raboso. Harvested from the first half of October to early November, as Raboso is a late grape variety. Aged for at least three years in oak casks.
Deep red colour, with ruby tinges. The bouquet is reminiscent of berries and pepper, with a mineral note, which blends well with the woody nuances. Austere, savoury, balanced acidity, full-bodied palate, becoming velvety with age.
Superb with red meat, game, (especially in spicy sauces). Best enjoyed with rich, fatty dishes.

50% Sangiovese 50% Cabernet Sauvignon organic grapes from vineyards near Arezzo, Tuscany.
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon are fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. 24 to 36 months ageing in cement tanks, followed by 12 months in the bottle. Unclarified and unfiltered.
Purplish hue. Round, fresh nose with notes of plum and raspberry. Refined with medium tannins and a fruity finish.
Ideal with tomato and meat pasta-based sauces, BBQ meats, roasts, pasta, and aged cheeses.

80% Sangiovese 20% Syrah grapes from vineyards in the hills of Castagneto Carducci (Bolgheri) that run along the Tuscan coastline. Made without correctives or additives, which would alter the original characteristics of the grapes. On lees for 9 months in small French oak barrels (only 10% new).
Deep purplish colour with predominant scent of black fruit, black cherry and plum, brightened up by a pleasant hint of spice. Rich and balanced tannins, with a lovely freshness.
A very versatile wine: it pairs well with cold cuts, medium or aged cheeses, pizza, pasta with spicy or tomato based sauces, roast duck, roast or grilled meats and game.In stock

Named after the “Jassarte” River, which according to the ancient historian Herodotus was the physical border between Europe and Asia.
This wine is a blend of 30 different Mediterranean and Caucasian grapes such as Syrah, Tempranillo, Graciano, Grenache, Mouvedre, Agiogitiko, Babic, Sagrantino, Montepulciano, Alicante, Sapervai, Alexandruli grapes from selected vineyard parcels in the hills of Castagneto Carducci in Bolgheri that run along the Tuscan coastline. Ruby red, very elegant nose with various balsamic, red fruit and spicy notes, which open up, more and more as the wine, stays in the glass. Fresh, well balanced with a long finish. An extremely interesting, multilayered wine. Exceptional as a “meditation wine”. Pairs perfectly with meat, roasted or grilled poultry, soups, slightly spicy dishes and ripened cheese. Deep ruby red. Aromas of plum, fruit of the forest, wild cherry and spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice. Medium to full-bodied, balanced, persistent with light tannins and toasted notes.

100% Cannonau. The vineyards are 200 metres from the sea. Aged in stainless steel tanks until it is bottled.
Ruby red colour. Intense aroma with sweet tones of ripe red fruit: cherries, maraschino cherries in alcohol and plums. A warm, strong, mellow and full bodied, intense wine, with a long aromatic persistence. Well balanced and extremely harmonious.
A very versatile wine. It can even be paired with fatty fish such as tuna, mackerel, sardines and anchovies. Poultry, lamb and pork. Perfect with Sardinian suckling pig.
