Malvasia del Lazio, Malvasia di Candia, Trebbiano. Soft pressing, fermentation in 40 hl vat at a controlled temperature, maturation on yeasts in stainless steel and wooden containers. 3 months in the bottle before being released on the market for a total of 12 months.
Bright pale yellow. Sensation of tropical fruit, hazelnut, orange flowers, aromatic herbs and salty minerality. Smooth, fruity and floral, sapid and fresh with a very long persistence.
Excellent with seafood, fish, poultry, risotto, young cheeses or Spaghetti alla Carbonara.

Natural – biodynamic
Blend of Malvasia Puntinata, Grechetto, Trebbiano Giallo, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling grapes harvested when they are overripe and musty from plots in Velletri/Lariano (south of Rome). Soils are volcanic, clayey, siliceous and tufaceous. The must is cryomacerated for 12 hours followed by alcoholic fermentation and ageing in cement tanks for 24-36 months and a minimum of 18 months in the bottle. Unfiltered and unclarified.
Gold appearance with bouquet of tropical fruit such as pineapple, rockmelon and a subtle final sweet note of honey and herbs. Elegant, rounded, balanced, with a lovely tension and sapidity.
A versatile wine. It can be paired with pasta, rice, fish, poultry, fresh cheeses and vegetables.
2018 Bosco Nestore Chardonnay Pan Colline Pescaresi IGP
100% Chardonnay. 10-12 months maturation on lees in French oak barriques and tonneaux previously utilised for fermentation. Aged in the bottle for 12 months.
Golden yellow. Complex and rich bouquet of tropical fruit, vanilla, honey and hints of coffee. Full-bodied and smooth with intense flavours of banana, pineapple and grapefruit. Excellent structure and persistence. The notes of ripe tropical fruit become accentuated and develop grassy, warm hints with ageing.
Perfect with fresh cheeses, white meat, roasts, fish soup and crustaceans.

100% Fiano. 11 months on fine lees in stainless steel followed by 6 months in the bottle.
Gold with bright, dark green hues. A wide range of aromas from fresh fruit to floral notes, aromatic herbs and finally a slight hint of hydrocarbon and iodine. On the palate it is soft, full and elegant and with good structure. Exceptional ageing potential of at least 5 years.
It pairs well with meat, fresh cheeses and fish.
