100% Grechetto. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18° C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is left in contact with the lees until bottling.
Bright pale lemon. Fresh, intense citrusy and slightly fruity nose (pear, pineapple and crunchy apples) with a touch of spice and fine nut flavours. Well-balanced and rounded, On the palate it is robust with a long finish and characteristic pleasant bitterish aftertaste. Exceptional with fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.

Controlled fermentation at 18°. It matures in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
Ruby red, tending to garnet with ageing. Spicy with woody notes and a hint of red berries. Well-structured, mineral with a slight tobacco aftertaste.
Excellent with red meat, cold cuts, mature cheeses.

100% Sagrantino. Fermentation on skins for approximately 2 weeks.18 months in oak barrels. Brilliant ruby red, tending to garnet with ageing. Distinctive bouquet with hints of red fruit, forest floor (humus and truffle) and flint. Full and persistent with intense and velvety tannins. Exceptional with red meat, game, mature cheeses.

100% Cornetta (Vernaccia Nera). Sundried for 2 months followed by prolonged maceraton.
Dark garnet with black olive hues. Distinctive bouquet of ripe fruit (plum) and black olive. On the palate it is slightly sweet, with notes of dark olive, subtle tannins and a dry aftertaste. This unique wine conjures the taste of port.
It is quite versatile and is perfect with many desserts, pastries and biscuits as well as more savoury dishes such as cured meats, herb cheeses and quiches.
