    Natural – biodynamic

    50% Cesanese, 50% Montepulciano grapes from vineyards located in north Velletri (south of Rome). The must is cryomacerated for 24 hours followed by alcoholic fermentation and ageing in cement tanks. Unfiltered and unclarified.

    Deep salmon colour with garnet hues. Aromas of ripe strawberry, toasted popcorn with interesting sulphur and hydrocarbon notes.

    Sublime paired with oysters, fish (in particular sushi, carpaccio) and seafood.

    2019 Mocavero Sire’ Negroamaro Rosato Salento IGP


    100% Negroamaro. 12 hours maceration on skins. Five months in stainless steel.

    Light pink with hints of purple. Lively bouquet of strawberry, cherry, notes of rhubarb and aromatic herbs and a slight minerality. Fresh, smooth, balanced acidity.

    Excellent with seafood, shellfish, pasta and rice dishes, white meat and soft cheeses.
