100% Cannonau. The vineyards are 200 metres from the sea. Aged in stainless steel tanks until it is bottled.
Ruby red colour. Intense aroma with sweet tones of ripe red fruit: cherries, maraschino cherries in alcohol and plums. A warm, strong, mellow and full bodied, intense wine, with a long aromatic persistence. Well balanced and extremely harmonious.
A very versatile wine. It can even be paired with fatty fish such as tuna, mackerel, sardines and anchovies. Poultry, lamb and pork. Perfect with Sardinian suckling pig.

100% Organic Nero d’Avola. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and unfiltered. Vegan friendly.
Deep ruby red colour. Multiple and complex aromas of wild berry jam, black cherry, plum, dark spices and liquorice with intense balsamic notes. Vigorous palate with soft and balanced tannins. Full-bodied, earthy, very persistent with toasted coffee notes.
Exceptional with red meat and mature cheeses.
