100% Pinot Nero. 18 months in French oak barrels.
Ruby red with glimmers of garnet-red. Bouquet of cherry, blackberry and strawberries accompanied with floral notes of rose and violet and a slight hint of white pepper, cloves and cinnamon. Perfect balance between the vitality of the tannins and the acidity compensated with warm notes from the alcohol and a slight almond finish.
Pinot Nero shows great versatility to enliven a wide array of dishes from simple starters and rich and earthy salad, to pasta dishes and fattier fish such as smoked salmon, as well as white or red meat dishes.

100% White Moscato. Pale lemon colour. Aromatic, citrus aromas with elegant blossom and musk notes. Zesty, fresh and sweet, with a long finish.
Wonderful paired with traditional desserts but also “sweetish” cured meats and light and creamy mousses.
2014 Isolabella della Croce Brachetto d’Aqui 36 DOCG$56.90
100% Brachetto. Purple, tending towards cherry. Intense and predominant bouquet of withered rose with lychee and raspberry and a faint musky note. Slight acidity counterbalanced by sweetness, so it is exceptionally well-balanced light and harmonious palate.
Ideal accompaniment to creamy young Gorgonzola, delicate pâtés and country terrines. Perfect with biscuits and cakes, and almond nougat (torrone).
2015 Bosco Agostino Barolo La Serra DOCG$109.90
100% Nebbiolo. An historical Cru of La Morra. The vineyard faces southeast at an altitude of about 400 metres and the soils are tuffaceous and calcareous providing this wine with structure and tannins suitable for long aging. Complex bouquets of berry jam and brandied cherries, with detectable spicy notes.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C. Maceration lasts 20-22 days. After racking, the wine is held at about 20°C for malolactic fermentation to take place. The wine is then placed in barriques and tonneaux for about 6-7 months before transferral to 200 litre Slavonian oak casks to age 23-24 months. At the end of this period, it is bottled in August and released the following March.
A classic style Barolo.
2015 Bosco Agostino Barolo Neirane DOCG$94.60
100% Nebbiolo. A Cru of Verduno, bordering with La Morra. Southwest facing vineyard at an altitude of about 350 metres. Loose and sandy soils confer floral sensations of violet and red fruit, together with a distinct elegance.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. Maceration lasts 20-22 days. After racking, the wine is held at about 20°C for malolactic fermentation to take place. The wine is then placed in barriques and tonneaux for about 6-7 months before being transferred to 200 litre Slavonian oak casks to age 23-24 months. It is then bottled in August and released the following March. A slightly more modern style Barolo.

100% Grignolino. 3-4 days skin contact. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
Light ruby red. Delicate bouquet with hints of violet, rose and raspberry. Fresh, full taste, slightly tannic with pleasant almond finish.
Perfect with starters, charcuterie, risotto, white meat and fish. Wonderful served slightly chilled.

65% Pinot Nero, 35% Chardonnay. Slow fermentation in the bottle at a constant temperature of 12°C inside the ancient Castello di Uviglie stone caves, then aged 44 months on lees. Three months ageing in the bottle before sale.
Pale lemon with fine and persistent bead. Toasty, slightly yeasty aroma. Dry, savoury and balanced palate.
Superb with shellfish (in particular oysters), pasta and rice dishes, fish, vegetables and white meat.
