Vineyards in Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo in the province of La Spezia, Liguria on soils with a stony, rich texture.

Maturation and ageing:
Cold maceration on skins for around 12 hours, after racking, followed by fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6-7 months.

Tasting notes:
Colour: straw yellow.
Nose: intense blend with hints of wildflowers, Mediterranean shrub and citrus fruit.
Taste: full and very fresh, recalling the sensations on the nose. Dry and aromatic with citrusy notes of lime and lemon. Long persistence in the mouth.

Suggested pairings:
Particularly suitable with seafood dishes. Excellent with fried fish and raw vegetables.

Serve at a temperature of 12-14° C.
