Area of origin:
Tenuta Cigno (Nocciano) on pebbly chalky soils 250 metres above sea level in the hills of Pescara with south to south easterly exposure.

Winemaking and ageing:
Late harvest with ripening of the clusters on the vine till the end of October. A part is fermented for 2 months in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and another part fermented in barriques for 6 months.

Tasting notes:
Colour: deep golden yellow.
Aroma: characteristic floral bouquet reminiscent of ripe apricot and peach. Pronounced aromas of date and dried fig with slight notes of grapefruit.
Taste: sweet, full, warm with a long persistence.

Suggested pairings:
Perfect with cakes, pastries or simply as a mediation dessert wine.

Serve at a temperature of 10° C.
